2009 A.P. Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Polished and structured, the A.P. Reserve opens with bing cherry and red currant backed up by dusty, earthy aromas mingled with cedar and mint. Smooth, sweet fruit tannins greet the palette and are rounded out with a toasty, dusty coating. Bright acidity balances the rich structure which finishes with a toasty espresso note. Our Great-Grandfather, Adrien Pierre Chaix (A.P.) and his dog proudly grace the inaugural release of this 100% estate-grown Cabernet.
